As the security and resilience senior associate,  primary responsibility is to provide close support to our security team  and will initially focus on providing for the comprehensive intake and triage of complaints, concerns and escalations relating to a variety of security issues including leaks of intellectual property, loss of prototype, unreleased hardware and to recover the data or otherwise remediate the risk of data that has been moved outside of the corporate environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, Handle, and Review  incidents and events

• Document, respond to and coordinate the required information to the concerned party. 

• Conduct investigations reviews using available tools

• Write accurate and complete reports for all investigations. 

• Ensure SLO concerning response and resolution are met within the parameters 

• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection guidelines

• Detect and ensure timely escalation

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical skills

  • need to be able to collect, organize, and analyze data from CCTV footage. This includes identifying patterns and trends, and using data to support their findings. They should also be familiar with a variety of security tools and software.
     

• Communication skills

  • communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. They should be able to write clear and concise reports, and they should be able to present complex technical information in a way that is easy to understand.
     

• Analytical skills

  • analyze data and identify potential threats. They should also be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise way
     

• Problem-solving skills

  • think critically and solve problems quickly. They should also be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
     

• Teamwork skills

  • collaborate effectively with others. They should be able to share information and work together to solve problems.
