  • Create structured recognition, career development, and retention programs that reinforce a sense of purpose and belonging for all departmental staff

  • Serve as the operational lead for the Pregnancy Home Initiative and other signature departmental programs — driving program fidelity, expansion, outcome measurement, and sustainability

  •  Identify opportunities to develop and launch new service lines, care models, and programs in collaboration with physician and APP leadership that address unmet patient needs and advance Montefiore's OB/GYN

  • Define, track, and report a comprehensive set of departmental KPIs aligned to the six strategic pillars, including clinical quality, access, productivity, experience, and financial performance

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing NPs, CNMs, and nursing leaders; build a diverse, mission aligned workforce

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure strong operational oversight of nursing support staff across all sites
