Education
- Nursing degree.
- Specialization, certification, or diploma in Occupational Medicine, Occupational Health, or a related field is preferred.
Language
- Basic English communication skills.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar occupational health or workplace nursing role.
Technical & Occupational Health Skills
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and NIOSH guidelines.
- Knowledge of the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of occupational illnesses and injuries.
- Ability to identify and manage biological, physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks in the workplace.
- Experience conducting occupational medical evaluations, including:
- Pre-employment/entry examinations
- Periodic medical examinations
- Exit medical examinations
- Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational physiology.
- Ability to manage and coordinate COVID-19 testing and related health protocols.
- Ability to analyze medical information and prepare management and executive reports.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and basic data analysis tools.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate health recommendations, preventive measures, and medical plans to employees.
- Empathy and sensitivity when working with employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage and resolve workplace health-related conflicts.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Human Resources, Safety, Operations, and other departments.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee medical information and records.
Organizational & Behavioral Competencies
- Strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate medical evaluations, health programs, and workplace health initiatives.
- Professionalism, responsibility, and strong ethical standards.
- Strong focus on employee health, safety, and well-being.

Certifications
- Certification or training in Occupational Health and Safety is preferred, such as:
- COHN
- OSHA
- NIOSH
- Other relevant occupational health certifications

- Personal vehicle is preferred to support emergency response needs when required.
