Description
The Private Fund Client Service Team is a specialized coverage group that delivers client service and operational support for the firm's private funds. The team partners with internal stakeholders and external fund administrators to ensure a consistent client experience across our private fund investor base — requiring deep product knowledge alongside strong operational process oversight.
As a Client Service Senior Analyst, you will own key elements of the subscription, redemption, and transfer process, support intermediary partner onboarding, manage fund administrator relationships, and produce and distribute client, regulatory, and shareholder reporting and communications. You'll be an integral member of the Intermediary Private Fund Client Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the Firm's private fund offerings, with a focus on Registered Funds, to deliver superior client service
- Coordinate subscription, capital call, and redemption processes; maintain and distribute investor kits
- Partner with fund administrators to ensure adherence to fund terms outlined in offering materials, side letters, investor commitments, and applicable regulations
- Manage the private fund transfer process
- Draft and coordinate distribution of client communications
- Serve as point person for preparing and/or distributing standard and ad-hoc reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) for commingled funds, customized portfolios, and separately managed accounts
- Manage internal posting of reports and marketing materials
- Support special projects as assigned
- Drive continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5+ years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent client service skills, sound business judgment, and understanding of escalation procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Understanding of asset management strategies, investment mandates, and fund accounting
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Registered Funds (private equity a plus)
- Experience at a fund administrator
- Experience with eFront Investment Café and/or Anduin
Location: New York City; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in office.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
