Pay
$17 - $50 per hour, depending on experience, licensing, and qualifications.
We're all about pay transparency. The wages listed above are legitimate pay ranges for our plumbing positions. Prevailing wages for public works projects are paid separately when applicable.

What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
- Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Work alongside experienced plumbers and supervisors
- Install and repair piping systems using PVC, PEX, copper, and other materials
- Diagnose plumbing issues using specialized tools and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Perform residential, multi-family, commercial, and construction plumbing work
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
- Keep accurate job documentation and records
- Ensure safe, high-quality workmanship on every project
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Help maintain clean, professional job sites
Qualifications
Requirements vary by position, but qualified candidates may possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Plumbing experience preferred but not required for entry-level opportunities
- Washington Trainee Card, Apprentice Card, PL01, PL02, or Journeyman License (depending on role)
- Knowledge of Universal Plumbing Code (UPC) preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
