Responsibilities:

• Receive and review supplier invoices and supporting documentation.
• Verify invoice accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Match invoices against purchase orders (POs), goods receipts (GRs), and supporting documents.
• Process and post invoices in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, taxes, or missing documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and requesting departments to obtain required approvals and resolve issues.
• Monitor and follow up on blocked or pending invoices to ensure timely payment processing.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical records of invoices and related documentation.
• Generate and maintain reports related to invoice processing, aging, and outstanding items.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal control requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within the accounts payable function.
