Maintains floors, bathrooms, and offices throughout the store.

Requirements
Essential Job Duties
- Sweep, vacuum, and or/dry mop the entire main floor of store, vestibule, back hallway and stairs
- Sweep and/or dry mop floors in office hallway
- Wash entire main floor of store
- Clean and stock all restrooms
- Clean breakroom
- Vacuum and empty trash in offices once a week
- Wash floors downstairs once a week
- Available for night and weekend shifts
- Keep paper products, soap and other dispensers filled.
- Identify and report possible maintenance repairs.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Clean building by emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean, dust and disinfect surfaces.
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Move heavy equipment and furniture to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Additional duties as assigned

Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
- Works with direction from the Customer Service Manager
- Performs a limited number of tasks independently
- Standing for long periods, bending, walking, and reaching
- Ability to climb up and down and stairs daily
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed
Experience and Educational Requirements
- There are no educational requirements, though prior experience is a plus.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state & local standards - including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state and local standards
- Compliance with all personnel policies
