Waste Management Material Handler II

Job Overview

In this position, you will be a key member of our Waste Management Team. Must be trustworthy, work well with others, and able to work with limited supervision.

Highlights of your role

• You will be responsible for operating baling equipment for cardboard and plastic. 
• Pick up materials (recyclables and waste) from production departments, operate wood grinders, and operate a forklift.
• Participate in all waste handling and recycling activities as needed including processing waste onsite.  Training will be provided.
• Must be trustworthy and be able to work with limited supervision.
• Must be always work with safety in mind.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• General experience with computers is preferred but willing to train
• CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL via the Marvin CDL program within 6 months. (Marvin will fund CDL training within the Company supported program)

Compensation

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
