As a Supply Chain ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering ServiceNow solutions across our global Supply Chain organization. Acting as the bridge between business users, technical teams, and capability owners, you will help translate business needs into scalable workflows, automation opportunities, and employee-centric solutions.

Your Impact

 

As a Supply Chain ServiceNow Business Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:

  • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and define ServiceNow solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Act as the liaison between business users, ServiceNow developers, capability teams, and other technical stakeholders.
  • Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow workflows, forms, automations, and service management solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize the Supply Chain ESM backlog in partnership with the ESM Lead and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, process discussions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions, and ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.
  • Track project activities, risks, dependencies, and milestones while supporting governance and roadmap execution.
  • Develop status reports, presentations, training materials, and operating procedures to support change adoption.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones to drive successful project delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and employee experience through ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fluent in English oral and written
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Project Coordinator, Service Management Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, either supporting implementations, configurations, enhancements, or as a key business user.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments, including participation in ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, or UAT activities.
  • Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain, Shared Services, Operations, or Service Management processes.
  • Understanding of workflow automation, ticketing systems, and employee service management concepts.
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
