The Home Loans Proficiency Coach is responsible for providing a strategically impactful learning culture that consistently develops teammates while supporting Consumer Lending priorities and performance targets, focused on end-to-end lending and foundational banking aptitude, skill development and role optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight and direction for multiple workstreams within enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals and business strategy
- Defines workstream objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and lead disciplined execution to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Coordinates efforts across product, channel, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and progress across workstreams
- Engages with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to influence priorities, maintain governance standards, and ensure accountability
- Drive innovation and support change leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous transformation
Core Responsibilities:
- Proficiency coach is point of integration for Lending & Client Delivery Support (CDS) Executives and the Academy
- Offers real time support for lending and CDS through loan-level support, 1:1 coaching and group sessions
- Collaborates with Site/Region Leadership to solve proficiency gaps
- Creates proficiency plans and facilitates (or Deliver) planned skill builder sessions for lending specialists, lending client associates and managers
- Provides structured support for new-to-role teammates
- Delivers support plan for teammates returning from leave
- Provides training support for initiative deployments to drive adoption
- Participates in Regional and Site leadership routines, direct collaboration with leader
- Collaborates across channels and teams on priority initiatives
- Conducts call and file reviews to provide insights and create plans to address proficiency gaps
- Champion for key activities and metrics including: Digital, Systems, Pricing, Salesforce, Product and programs, soft-skills etc.
