Assume oversight of our Cytogenetics laboratory, including administrative, personnel and technical duties. We’re seeking a leader with the tenacity to spark change at one of the nation’s most respected university hospitals. Take command in leading a team of Cytogenetics Technologists and take pride in your career as a resource to the laboratory leadership team. Be the front line liaison between laboratory staff and world-renowned physicians. Thrive on the leading edge of clinical laboratory advancement, at one of the most respected centers in your field.

This is a day shift position, Monday - Friday with some on-call responsibility, located at our NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center campus on Manhattan's upper east side. 

Preferred Criteria

• 3-5 years supervisory experience
• Master's degree preferred
• ASCP certification

Required Criteria

• Cytogenetics Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or other related field
• New York State license as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist
• 4 years of experience or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree per NYS supervisory requirements.

Salary Range:

$140,000-$174,000/Annual
