Position Summary: Provides technical leadership for the implementation and continuous optimization of cybersecurity solutions and services. Leads complex projects, mentors junior engineers, and serves as a subject matter expert for security engineering and architecture services. Drives the operationalization of Zero Trust architectures and the integration of AI and automation to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline. A Master’s degree is preferred.

General Experience: At least eight (8) years of experience in systems or network engineering.

Specialized Experience:

• At least five (5) years of experience in the supervision of system engineers and management of security engineering projects.
• Must have demonstrated expertise with enterprise-scale security solutions and experience leading the technical response during major cybersecurity incidents.
