SHIFT: 1st Shift - 7AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks across the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
- Operate equipment such as cardboard balers and riding floor scrubbers to support daily cleaning routines.
- Follow established cleaning schedules, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface sanitation.
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleaning supplies, organize equipment, and ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety signage.
- Empty trash, replenish restroom supplies, and maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work with cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between local facilities as needed.
- Basic English communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Regular lifting or handling of equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull cleaning equipment and perform repetitive motions.
- Required use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Work performed in a warehouse environment with varying conditions, and ability to meet all physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
