UDR is seeking qualified candidates for a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) Implementation Specialist opportunity in Charleston, West Virginia.
Description
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Governance & Strategy: Define enterprise-wide adoption frameworks, operational guardrails, and compliance standards.
Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and develop cloud training programs for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as a communication link between IT operations, security units, and business stakeholders.
Operations & Requests: Review and process public cloud account and infrastructure requests while enforcing security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT leadership or project management focused on cloud transformation programs.
Governance Knowledge: At least 3 years defining cloud governance, strategy, and industry best practices.
Change Management: Minimum of 2 years experience in organizational change management and staff training.
Core Skills: Strong communication, diplomacy, and technical familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
CCOE Implementation Specialist must have a minimum of five (5) years of IT leadership or project management experience, specifically within cloud transformation programs.
CCOE Implementation Specialist must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience defining cloud governance, best practices, and enterprise-wide cloud adoption strategies.
CCOE Implementation Specialist must have a minimum of two (2) years in organizational change management and developing cloud training programs for internal staff.
CCOE Implementation Specialist should have exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to bridge the gap between IT operations, security, and business units.
