Responsibilities

The Opportunity in Mexico City

Help optimize how products reach customers every day.

As a Daily Routing Engineer, you will support last-mile delivery operations across multiple markets by developing and executing daily route plans that balance customer needs, available resources and operational constraints.

You will work closely with local Sales and Operations teams, using Omnitracs Roadnet to build effective routing solutions, respond to daily operational needs and identify opportunities to continuously improve the routing process.

This is an opportunity to combine operations, analytics, technology and problem-solving while working with teams across different markets.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver daily routing solutions for last-mile delivery routes using Omnitracs Roadnet, following established processes and service expectations.
• Analyze local operational information, available resources and business constraints to build effective route plans.
• Partner daily with Sales and Operations teams across multiple markets to understand requirements and address routing needs.
• Monitor routing performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service and resource utilization.
• Support the continuous improvement of routing processes, tools and ways of working.
• Share and gather feedback with stakeholders to improve routing solutions and operational effectiveness.
• Communicate recommendations, findings and operational information clearly through presentations, reports and visual materials.
• Manage a daily agenda effectively while responding to changing operational priorities.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Last-Mile Routing, Planning, Manufacturing or other operational environments.
• Experience with route planning or transportation optimization; knowledge of Omnitracs Roadnet is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning, with the ability to understand processes, interpret metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to organize and manage daily priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to summarize complex information and communicate ideas clearly through presentations, diagrams or visual materials.
• Curiosity, ownership and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.

A Global & Dynamic Environment

This role supports frontline operations across multiple markets, so flexibility is an important part of the position. The team operates across a Monday–Sunday schedule, with rotating coverage that may include late afternoon and evening shifts. Schedules are planned in advance to provide visibility and consistency.
