As an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Oracle applications to assist clients in optimizing their operations. Your versatile knowledge will be crucial in helping clients achieve their strategic goals. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using these insights to inform recommendations and drive client success.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems
- Implementing technology solutions to support client strategic objectives
- Managing systems project management to deliver successful Oracle implementations
- Engaging in business process modeling to improve client workflows
- Collaborating with teams to develop innovative design solutions for Oracle applications
- Conducting requirements elicitation to tailor Oracle solutions to client needs
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to enhance client business systems
- Applying technical consultation skills to guide clients in Oracle application usage
- Facilitating project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in Oracle consulting services

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
