About the Role

The main responsibilities would be performing various tasks in AP function to support business and divisional operations.

Participating in AP-related projects. Plays a key role in P2P process optimization and compliance, ensuring FCC's smooth operation.

What You Will Do

  • Processing of all incoming direct and indirect invoices
  • Co-ordination with concerned stakeholders – VMD / Disbursement / User group / Vendors
  • Compliance with the processes of Harman policy
  • Updating of exception tracker for all issue related invoices
  • Follow-up with concerned stakeholders for closure of invoice queries
  • Very compatible in learning to use and applying knowledge to new systems
  • Ensure continuous improvements in the P2P process.
  • Support any projects assigned, participate in all new system initiative testing activities and provide relevant results
  • Timely completion of all organization driven mandatory programs like compliance training
  • Collect Customs Declaration Slips from Supply Chain Department for cross border payment
  • Provide a list of accrued indirect materials for which invoices have not yet been recorded
  • Provide AP related reports, analysis and improvement suggestions
  • Collect, review, and track CDS documents to ensure compliance
  • Support internal external and statutory audits by providing required documentation and explanation
  • Complete senior team member / team leader requests

 

What You Need

  • Qualified related accounting, finance or economics
  • 1-3 years finance related working experience
  • Good PC skills, especially in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Be good at English reading and writing.
  • Fluent Thai language skill
