SUPERINTENDENTE DE FACILIDADES

Buscamos un líder con sólida experiencia técnica para integrarse al equipo de Mantenimiento, enfocado en garantizar la disponibilidad de equipos auxiliares mediante estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo, así como liderar proyectos y mejoras orientadas a la eficiencia y reducción de costos.

🎓 Perfil que buscamos:

Carrera de Ingeniería
5 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz en posición similar
Inglés intermedio
Experiencia en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo
Conocimientos de mecánica y electricidad intermedia-avanzada
Conocimientos de neumática e hidráulica
Experiencia con compresores, bombas y subestaciones eléctricas
Manejo de alta tensión 115,000 V y media tensión 13,800 V ⚙️

Principales responsabilidades:

Desarrollar y dar seguimiento a programas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.
Analizar fallas y tiempos muertos de equipos.
Participar en instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.
Administrar proveedores de mantenimiento.
Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua y reducción de costos.
Administrar, capacitar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de requerimientos de seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad, incluyendo IATF 16949 e ISO 14001.
