Program Manager

Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager with a strong background in electronics manufacturing and financial management. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budget targets, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with financial discipline to drive operational excellence and profitability.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Principal point of contact with client for all program issues

· Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery

· Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes

· Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; identify cost-saving opportunities

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to meet program goals

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients

· Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program lifecycle

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines

· Ensure program, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives

· Provide opportunity evaluation and bid strategy input as well as technical input for proposal preparation

· Aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts

· Responsible for effective management of funds, personnel, and contract deliverables

Requirements

  Minimum Requirements:

· 5+ years of program management experience in electronics manufacturing or related industry

· Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis

· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word) and ERP systems

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

· Due to U.S. export control regulations (ITAR/EAR), applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals lawfully admitted to the U.S. as asylees or refugees.

Work Requirements/Conditions

· Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment.

· Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.

· Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently.

· Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.

· May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.

· Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas.

· Must wear company-issued smock or ESD-protective garments where required.

· Compliance with all company safety policies and procedures is mandatory.
