The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Junior SAP Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) Support Specialist, you will support supplier collaboration activities across SAP Business Network, SAP SCC, and SAP ERP. This role is designed for someone who is building experience in Direct Procurement, Planning, supplier enablement, testing, and operational support. You will work closely with functional leads, technical teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to help keep procurement and supplier collaboration processes running smoothly.

• Learning and supporting Direct Procurement and Planning processes with a focus on SAP Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), SAP Business Network, and SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Assisting with day-to-day support for supplier collaboration processes, including purchase orders, order confirmations, ship notices, goods receipts, scheduling agreements, consignment, subcontracting, forecast collaboration, and supplier-managed inventory where applicable.
• Supporting supplier onboarding and offboarding activities by helping collect information, track readiness, coordinate testing, and document outcomes.
• Helping investigate operational and technical incidents by reviewing transaction status, gathering details, documenting findings, and escalating issues to functional or technical leads when needed.
• Supporting supplier enablement activities such as preparing communication materials, maintaining training documentation, and helping suppliers understand basic SAP Business Network process steps.
• Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and supplier integration testing by executing test steps, recording results, and supporting defect follow-up.
• Joining requirements, design, and process review discussions to learn business needs and support clear documentation of decisions and action items.
• Performing basic enablement and support activities in SAP Business Network and Solventum’s SAP ERP environment under guidance from senior team members.
• Coordinating with functional leads, technical leads, suppliers, and support teams to help move issues, testing tasks, and enablement activities forward.
• Maintaining clear notes, issue logs, test evidence, and support documentation so work remains traceable, repeatable, and audit-ready.
  

Your Skills and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and relevant experience in procurement operations, supply chain, supplier support, ERP support, or IT/business process support.
• Basic understanding of procurement, planning, purchasing, supplier collaboration, or materials management processes.
• Interest in learning SAP Business Network, SAP Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP MM, SAP ERP, and Source-to-Pay process support.

Mandatory Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or similar procurement and supply chain systems.
• SAP knowledge in Ariba for direct procurement and vendor and management.
• Exposure to procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, order confirmations, ship notices, goods receipts, supplier collaboration, subcontracting, consignment, or inventory management.
• Exposure to procurement processes such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, order confirmations, ship notices, goods receipts, supplier collaboration, subcontracting, consignment, or inventory management.
• Experience using incident or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, including documenting issues, tracking status, and supporting resolution follow-up.
• Ability to collaborate with Procurement, Planning, IT, suppliers, and external support teams in a professional and organized manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of integration concepts, including how business documents move between supplier systems, SAP Business Network, middleware, and SAP ERP.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and terminology in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document issues, testing results, and follow-up actions clearly.
• Comfort working with Excel, reports, transaction logs, test scripts, and process documentation.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions, follow standard procedures, and escalate when support is needed.

• Bangalore (Hybrid)

Travel:

• May include up to 20% domestic/international travel
