Lead SQA Engineer – Enterprise & Scalable Platforms (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SQA experience with leadership exposure, including experience in enterprise SaaS or large-scale platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, API, security, performance, and load testing.
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium, along with JMeter or equivalent performance testing tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps-integrated QA practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and exposure to cloud-native and scalable architectures.
• Understanding of AI-assisted testing tools.
• Experience with OTT, mobile, streaming, or high-traffic platforms.
• Proven ownership of quality from requirements through production release, with strong system-level thinking and an analytical mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks before they impact production.
• Leadership skills focused on building a quality-first engineering culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full QA lifecycle, from requirement analysis through post-go-live validation.
• Perform requirement analysis, identify gaps, and plan comprehensive test coverage.
• Create structured test strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Design and review application flows and system interactions.
• Define and track quality KPIs and release readiness metrics.
• Mentor SQA engineers and enforce structured QA processes.
