Data Processing & Information Entry Executive

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented **Data Processing & Information Entry Executive** to handle a high volume of incoming messages & emails and convert relevant information into structured company databases and systems.

The role will identifying information that is relevant to the business, extracting the required details, and accurately populating databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

This is **not a simple copy-paste data entry role**. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reading and understanding business communication, identifying what information is important, deciding where it belongs, and processing it accurately and consistently.

## Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process **incoming communication** across multiple messages / whatsapp / email accounts / folders.
• Read and understand the content of emails and identify information relevant to the business.
• Extract specific information from emails, attachments, quotations, documents, and other correspondence.
• Enter and update information accurately in databases, ERP systems, Excel, and other internal tools.
• Classify and organise information according to predefined categories and processes.
• Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information and flag it for review.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, neatness and organization while working at significant volumes and pace.
• Perform regular data verification and quality checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures for data entry, classification, and record maintenance.
• Ensure information is entered in a timely manner so that databases remain current.
• Handle repetitive, high-volume work with consistency and attention to detail.
• Assist in improving data collection and processing procedures as the role develops.

## Requirements

• **1–4 years of experience** in high-volume data entry, data processing, back-office operations, document processing, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with **large volumes of messages, whatsapp, emails, documents, or records**.
• Strong **English reading and comprehension skills**.
• Ability to understand the context of an email rather than simply copy information.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Speed of processing is very important.
• Good working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / CRM systems**
• Ability to learn new software, databases, and internal systems quickly.
• Ability to follow defined processes consistently.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large daily workload.
