Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a experienced Global HR System Analyst with knowledge of the Workday Time Tracking & Absence Management. Your responsibilities will include designing new solution or enhance current processes across Time Tracking and Absence Management space. You will collaborate with the HR IT team, functional Workday HR Systems Managers and teams, HR process owners, and other HR.
If you can think across different areas, understand the possible effects of system changes, and maintain a focus on process excellence, simplification, automation, and user experience, then you are a suitable candidate for this role.
Location: Mexico City
Reporting to: Senior HR System Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Work together with important partners to understand needs, define solution requirements, and work with other team members to design new or modify existing system functionality to meet changing demands (Time Tracking and Absences);
Be the main point of contact to HR Service Centers and Payroll Team to provide ongoing support, advise and consult on suggested system changes;
May support integration efforts for all acquisitions partnering with other team members;
Collaborate with third-party vendors in troubleshooting system and data challenges, coordinating resolution with vendors and important partners;
Participate in testing activities related to HR Systems enhancements, changes, and upgrades;
Typically assigned to HR systems where system modification is completed internally, but may work with 3rd party vendors to provide solutions;
May be assigned to manage limited scope projects related to supported systems or decommissioning other systems/tools within your responsibilities with guidance from other team members/manager;
Support ongoing cases and incidents, occasional data maintenance needs and may be assigned Jira items based on complexity.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Technology or related field;
5 years of overall experience in experience in Human Resources Information System: Workday (module time & absence);
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize, track and actively manage many moving parts with a medium level of supervision;
Familiarity with HR business processes and HR concepts;
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Ability to present technical information and processes to non-technical audiences;
Understand of testing cycles and activities related to HR system enhancements, changes and upgrades;
Ability to work with complex processes and systems to review and analyze.
