As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution through final delivery and project closeout. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure project objectives are achieved while meeting commercial, operational, quality, and HSE requirements.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading projects through the full lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, final documentation, and project closeout activities.
- Taking overall accountability for project scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE compliance, contractual commitments, and financial performance.
- Developing and maintaining Project Execution Plans, including schedules, risk registers, communication plans, quality plans, HSE plans, sourcing strategies, stakeholder matrices, and readiness activities.
- Managing project schedules, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, priorities, and delivery commitments to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitoring and controlling project financial performance, including budgets, costs, revenue, margins, cash flow, forecasting, and reporting.
- Coordinating execution across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HSE, planning, finance, service delivery, and other functional teams.
- Serving as the primary customer interface, leading project reviews, progress meetings, commercial discussions, and stakeholder communications.
- Identifying and managing project risks, opportunities, constraints, and critical issues while driving mitigation plans, continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned, and overall project success.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Science, or a related discipline; equivalent industry experience may also be considered.
- Have proven experience successfully managing complex, multidisciplinary projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and internal functions.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, project controls, and execution best practices.
- Possess experience managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition, margin management, cash flow, and overall P&L performance.
- Have a strong understanding of contract and commercial management, including change management, variation orders, claims management, and contractual risk mitigation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in project planning, scheduling, resource management, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent software.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, customer management, problem-solving, and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to deliver results in complex and dynamic environments.
