What You’ll Be Doing

As the Facilities Technician, you will: be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.). Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Inspects facilities and grounds for safety and security; identifies and reports hazardous conditions and facility maintenance needs to supervisor.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is required.
- Two (2) years of related experience in the operations, maintenance and repair of buildings and their associated support systems is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
- Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
