This position is responsible for building maintenance for the Spooky Nook Sports complex.
The salary range for this position is $50,000.

Essential Job Functions
- Maintain good working order of basic building plumbing, HVAC, and electric
- Repair drywall, paint, and wallpaper as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance as required
- Diagnose and repair facility systems when breakdown occurs
- Order necessary parts and maintain par levels
- Maintain highest safety standards for guests and fellow employees
- Complete documentation of work performed for all building services
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Assist Public Space Attendant with hotel guest calls as needed
- Assist with snow removal
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong preference to those with HVAC-R experience
- Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Must have dependable transportation to and from work
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- 4-6 years of experience in the Maintenance field
- 1-2 years of plumbing experience
- 2-4 years of electrical experience (120 Volt min)
- Degree in Maintenance field or trade certificate completion a plus
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel/restaurant/entertainment complex setting
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Highly dependable with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality
