- Deliver high-level analytical briefings, point papers, and strategic documentation for senior military leaders, interagency partners, and international stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end logistical and analytical support for client-sponsored conferences, workshops, and high-level governance forums.
- Ensure strict regulatory, security, and contractual compliance while managing cross-functional alignment between contractors, government entities, and foreign partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security Studies, Public Policy, Strategic Studies, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience supporting arms control, counterproliferation, nonproliferation, strategic deterrence, treaty implementation, or international security programs.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, overseeing site operations, allocating resources, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Hands-on experience using the Arms Control Enterprise System (ACES) and Information Resources Support System.
- Demonstrated ability to design/conduct training and exercises, analyze strategic force posture, and provide end-to-end logistical support for senior leader engagements.
