What You Will Do:

• DO instrumentation operation team is seeking an OD.Dress engineering to be a part of our Engineering Development Program (EDP). The Engineering Development Program is a multiyear program for new college hires that has been implemented to:
• Accelerate technical capability through substantive work rotations focused on specific disciplines.
• Connect EDP participants with a network of technical resources & engineering experts.
• Interface with instrumentation requestors, assembly/test engineers, CIPTs, and other validation customers.
• Participate in CIPTs team

What You Will Learn:

• By becoming a member of the Pratt & Whitney Engineering Development Program (EDP), you will receive hands-on training to help you build your career in aerospace. This accelerated program will provide you an opportunity for professional growth as a college new hire and train you to be a future leader of the organization. College undergraduate and graduate hires will complete three to four assignments to build technical breadth and leadership abilities before graduating from the program. These rotations are complimented by discipline-specific training that will accelerate the development of EDP participants.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering or Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics major obtained by start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Previous engineering intern experience at an aerospace company
• Experience with testing, manufacturing, and technical group projects

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
