Be part of a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact business success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Developing and maintaining integrated processes across
internal functions such as Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics, as well as
with external suppliers. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize
the flow of materials across various production processes. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators
(KPIs) and benchmarks related to supply chain planning and forecasting to
measure performance against business objectives. Understanding customer needs and effectively
communicating requirements across the organization to ensure alignment and
customer satisfaction. Executing a range of primarily straightforward
assignments while building functional expertise through structured work
activities. Exposure to or experience in digitalization initiatives will be an
added advantage. Applying established procedures and best practices to
resolve routine supply chain and workflow-related issues. Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving
business processes, systems, and operational requirements. Continuously expanding knowledge of organizational
processes, products, customers, and the broader supply chain ecosystem. Working under the guidance and supervision of senior
team members while developing independence in role execution. Exercising sound judgment and decision-making within
the defined scope of responsibilities. In addition to the core supply chain responsibilities,
the role may involve project coordination, administrative support, governance
activities, and/or supervisory responsibilities related to the management of
the team, business unit, or specific projects. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain
management , Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering , or a related
field. An Engineering degree is preferred, along with strong
domain knowledge and understanding of supply chain management principles,
processes, and best practices. Experience in supply chain digitalization initiatives,
including process automation, data analytics, digital tools, or
technology-driven supply chain transformation, will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder
management skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment. Good understanding of supply chain planning,
