＜部門について＞

サービス＆リペア　日本メドトロニックの全事業部が取り扱う手術機器の修理を行う部門です。

　　　　　　　　　顧客機器→販売品の修理　点検→見積→修理→返送

　　　　　　　　　修理代替器→顧客の修理が完了するまでの代替器送付

　　　　　　　　　デモ器　→プロモーション用固定資産器の修理

 

＜業務内容＞

• 修理・点検・保守および貸出機に係るサービスの対外窓口
• 海外製造元への督促や問い合わせ対応
• 海外への修理パーツ発注、バックオーダー管理
• 上記サービス全般における事務処理作業
• セールスや代理店からの修理に対する依頼事項への電話対応
• 業務改善による品質向上とプロセス効率化
• 顧客満足のための業務改善立案、プロジェクトマネジメント

 

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 営業もしくは営業事務経験

Skill / Knowledge

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（社内関連部署や代理店と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとる）
• 顧客志向であり、チームプレイヤーであること
• 強い問題意識と分析能力
• 英語力：海外とのメールのやり取りやWeb会議でのコミュニケーションがスムーズに行えるレベル
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, Power point）

Education

• 学士（４年制大学卒）以上又はそれに相当する学位、資格保持者

 

＜Nice to Haves＞

Skill / Knowledge

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可
• SAP , SFDC

Competency

• 医療業界での知識、経験があれば尚可

 

＜Working Style＞

• オンサイト勤務・交代制で週1回の在宅勤務可能
