Job Description Summary

The Simulation PMO will drive program management discipline across GE Vernova's Supply Chain Development simulation portfolio — coordinating Greenfield and Brownfield simulation initiatives, 2D/3D simulation cohorts, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This role ensures simulation programs are delivered on schedule, resourced appropriately, and tracked against enterprise capital allocation priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end program schedule for Greenfield/Brownfield simulation initiatives, including the top-priority sites
• Own tracking and reporting for 2D and 3D simulation cohorts — scope, attendees, timing, and location logistics
• Support coordination with internal & external partners on simulation mobilization efforts
• Maintain program governance artifacts: charters, RAID logs, status reporting, steering committee materials
• Partner with Simulation Leaders and Business/Engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables
• Support Kaizen event planning and execution logistics tied to simulation programs
• Drive data integrity and reporting for simulation portfolio KPIs
• Identify resource gaps and flag capacity constraints across the team before they become delivery risks
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or lean/operations excellence roles
• Demonstrated lean background — VSM, kaizen facilitation, flow design, or equivalent hands-on experience in an industrial setting
• Proven track record running a program or functional PMO: pipeline management, multi-stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting
  

Desired Characteristics

• Familiarity with simulation concepts (2D DES, digital twin) — direct modeling experience is not required, but credibility with technical teams is
• Experience working with or across Industry 4.0, automation, or digital technology functions
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to write a clean one-pager for ELT and run a tight weekly team sync
• Ability to build structure where none exists: define the process, then run it
• Project management tools fluency
• Cross-segment or cross-functional experience within a large industrial or manufacturing organization

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $112,400.00 and $187,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
