This role is ideal for a Management Team, where one individual serves as the General Manager and the other as the Assistant General Manager. You will work together to oversee the daily operations of the center and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Storage Center Assistant Manager Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle transactions, storage rentals and customer service.
• Keep regular, detailed and complete records.
• Ensure cleanliness and security of the storage site.
• Assist the storage center manager with directing and motivating center personnel.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Storage Center Assistant Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• An eye for detail

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
