Location: Leven, Scotland  

Contract: 38 hour/week Full-time permanent contract

 About the Role  

  

• As an Operator in our dedicated team at Leven, you’ll play a pivotal role in the packaging of some of our most famous brands using industry leading machinery.  

 

• You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance across your working area and will be a key part of how this is supervised and improved  

 

• Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other key performance indicators and targets relating to fast moving consumer goods.  

  

About the Shifts  

0800-1645 hours Mon-Friday; 0800-1300 hours on Friday. Due to the nature of this role, flexibility to demand will require additional working hours during peak production, and we require flexibility in all applications.  

  

 

About You   

  

• We’re looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.   

 

• You’ll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You’ll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.   

 

• You'll have a proven record in root cause problem solving and be able to highlight this to respective teams to ensure continuous improvement.
