Description
About the role
You're the on-site storyteller for Coderhouse US. You'll film the day-to-day, cut short-form and YouTube-ready pieces, and execute the US content calendar (with support from our LatAm creative partners for bigger cinematic work).
This is a full-time, in-person role: you'll work from our San Francisco office every day.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit organic content in SF: office life, instructors, students, product moments.
- Own day-to-day social execution for US channels (short-form first; YouTube support).
- Run a lightweight US content calendar aligned with launch moments and cohort starts.
- Capture dual-purpose assets when useful (EN takes; coordination with LatAm for ES).
- Build a reusable footage bank so we always have clips to cut from.
- Collaborate with Cáscara / LatAm creative on bigger Films-style pieces when needed.
- Keep quality high and volume sustainable for a one-person content seat.
What we're looking for
- You're a filmmaker / creator who can go from idea to published post alone.
- Your portfolio shows storytelling, not only polished ads.
- You're comfortable on camera and behind it.
- You move fast, care about craft, and like startup chaos.
- You're based in San Francisco and can be in the office every day (this role is heavily on-site).
Bonus points
- Experience building an audience from near-zero.
- Comfortable with light motion graphics / captions / vertical-first workflows.
- Interest in education, AI, or founder-led brands.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation for a founding creative hire in SF.
- Gear stipend possible.
- We'll share the range on a first call.
