Your Role
The Project Specialist, Transformation & Business Readiness supports APAC business transformation initiatives by coordinating readiness activities, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring stakeholders are prepared for system releases and cutovers. This role is highly execution-focused and is responsible for maintaining project governance, reporting, testing trackers, and readiness activities to help drive successful project outcomes.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support business readiness activities for system implementations, releases, and cutovers.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, status reports, RAID logs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Verification (DV) activities, including progress tracking and reporting.
- Consolidate updates from stakeholders and provide accurate readiness reporting.
- Facilitate project meetings, document actions, and follow up on deliverables.
- Support training readiness, knowledge transfer activities, and hypercare preparation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in project support, PMO, business operations, transformation programs, or related fields.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience with project reporting, dashboards, trackers, and action management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting ERP, system implementation, testing, or business transformation projects is preferred.
