What to Expect?

This position is responsible for supervising the staff, paperwork and all office operations for Pinch A Penny Pool Service.  The position requires complete responsibility for the pool service office.

On a daily basis our Pool Cleaner:

• Responsible for managing the staff, paperwork and daily operations of Pinch A Penny Pool Service.

• Performs all general office functions.

• Provides exceptional customer service.  Communicate effectively and clearly

• Schedules pool repairs.

• Responsible for maintaining employed security systems.

• Any other duties, as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. 

• Experience in office management, accounting and customer service. 

• Excellent customer service and computer skills required. 

• Attention-to-detail and great communication skills are mandatory.

• Must maintain a satisfactory attendance record, as well as qualitative and quantitative performance standards.
