- We have an exciting opportunity for you to work within the Returns area of our Distribution Centre in the role of Hygiene Operative, to ensure that the Returns department is maintained to high standards of house-keeping in order to provide a safe working environment.
What You'll Do
- Dispose of all waste material generated during shifts including, emptying Industrial bins into the waste compactor
- Use a bailing machine in line with QVC's recycling policy
- Conduct routine sweeping of designated work areas using mechanical cleaning machine and manual brush
- Perform emergency cleaning duties as assigned & prioritise workload to ensure a safe working area is maintained, adhering to daily housekeeping checklist
- Collection of palletised boxes
What You'll Bring
- Don't worry if you have not got any warehouse experience as you will receive full MHE training and support, as you will use trucks, all applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Good time management and prioritisation
- Adhere to QVC's health & safety policies
