Sentara Pace is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Medication Technician.
Position Status: Full Time - Day Shift, M-F, 8am-4:30pm
Position Location: Norfolk, VA
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
Overview
Dispenses medications and performs basic and routine patient care.
Education
- Trade School Graduate- Required
Certification/Licensure
- CNA active in VA (required)
- BLS (required)
Experience
- EPIC experience is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in this role is required
- Ability to operate basic resident care equipment; strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology is required
