The Enterprise Solution Executive (ESE) is a senior leadership role operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology execution. The ESE translates customer challenges into differentiated, commercially viable, innovative and robust technical solutions. Operating across the full lifecycle of business acquisition, from opportunity shaping and pre-sales through to delivery governance, the ESE aligns DXC Technology’s capabilities to unique customer needs, orchestrating stakeholders to define and deliver strategic, scalable, and secure solutions.
In an era defined by rapid AI-driven transformation, the ESE role extends beyond traditional solutioning, requiring the ability to build trust with our customers and build relationships across DXC’s organization to continuously craft unique solutions from our organizations capabilities in line with emerging technologies, shifting business models, and varying levels of customer maturity.

Define transformation roadmaps and guide customers through change.
Stay ahead of technology trends and help shape future DXC offerings.
What do we expect?
10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Design, or Technology Consulting.
Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and customer engagements.
Strong pre-sales expertise, including solution shaping and executive presentations.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
Technical skills:
Enterprise Architecture expertise (e.g., TOGAF).
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures.
Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Ability to align technology roadmaps with business goals.
Nice to have:
TOGAF or cloud certifications.
Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Banking, Retail, or Utilities.
