Job Title: Sr. Marketing Manager - NA UGG Athletic Lifestyle & Sporting Goods
Reports to: Director of Marketing, North America Wholesale UGG
Location: New York, NY - NYC Showroom (Hybrid)
Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – Thursday
The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, Athletic Lifestyle + Sporting Goods, you’ll own partnership marketing with key retail accounts across the US and Canada. You’ll drive brand heat, product consideration, and conversion across e-commerce and brick-and-mortar distribution for multiple partners. This role is essential in developing and executing integrated marketing plans, representing UGG’s interests with external partners, leading multiple projects, and managing marketing budgets. You’ll forge productive relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, ensuring exceptional organizational and project management standards.

Your Impact
- Support UGG business and brand objectives at key retail partners by collaborating with internal and external teams to develop strategy and marketing approach
- Own all components of marketing relationships with assigned partners, representing UGG’s interests and mastering partner business and marketing models
- Stay tapped into consumer and business trends, competitive developments, and marketplace dynamics to inform marketing strategies
- Create and deliver business and brand-oriented marketing briefs to retail partners
- Concept and develop integrated marketing campaigns including paid media, social media, public relations, event marketing, and retail point of sale
- Drive brand awareness, affinity, conversion, and sell-through with retail partners
- Contribute to regional seasonal strategy development by providing account insights and opportunities, aligning marketing planning with North America and Global milestones
- Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives, leveraging data and insights; create thorough post-campaign recaps
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor real-time campaign performance
- Gather tactical performance data, partner feedback, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform future plans and optimization
- Project manage multiple concurrent marketing campaigns across several retail partners, keeping internal teams informed and ensuring high-level execution
- Manage review and feedback process of all co-op marketing tactics
- Manage account-specific marketing budgets, providing recommendations on spend and partnering with Finance for forecasting, reconciliation, and accruals
Who You Are
- Affinity for UGG brand
- Experience managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution
- Excellent writing and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to executive level
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Deep understanding of digital media and how it drives business
- Ability to solve problems and seek solutions with minimal guidance
- Ability to seek information, synthesize, and output relevant marketing strategy
- Mentality of constant improvement, innovation, and high level of output
- Understands role of other business functions and how they relate to marketing
- Knowledgeable about competitive market, retail, and cultural trends
- Ability to travel across the US and Canada up to 15% of the time
- Education: 4-year degree
- Experience: 7–12 years in brand marketing, digital marketing, wholesale marketing, or related functions, preferably within the apparel or footwear industry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrate authenticity, champion diverse and effective teams, drive strategy, cultivate innovation, deliver results, and build connection
