Description
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional who enjoys serving clients while helping others improve.
As a Life Insurance Sales Lead, you’ll meet with individuals and families, understand their needs and recommend coverage that fits their goals and budget. You’ll also provide practical support to newer agents as they learn the sales process and develop confidence in the field.
Responsibilities
● Meet with prospective clients and assess their insurance needs
● Present coverage options clearly and professionally
● Complete applications and follow up with clients
● Maintain consistent personal sales activity
● Assist new agents with training, roleplay and field support
● Answer product and application questions
● Encourage professional, ethical and compliant sales practices
Qualifications
● Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Dependable, organized and self-motivated
● Comfortable assisting and encouraging others
● Active life-insurance license or willingness to obtain one
● Reliable transportation and access to a smartphone or tablet
