Description

Night Shift Hospitality Supervisor

Lead the team. Set the standard. Finish every day with excellence.

We're looking for an experienced, dependable leader who thrives during evening operations and enjoys developing people while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Our Evening Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading the restaurant through our busiest hours, coaching team members, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring every guest leaves with a remarkable experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, creating structure in a fast-paced environment, and helping young team members grow both personally and professionally.

Schedule

  • Primarily evening shifts (approximately 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
  • Five shifts per week
  • Saturday availability is required
  • Flexible scheduling and reasonable time-off requests

What You'll Do

  • Lead the restaurant through the evening shift with confidence and urgency.
  • Coach and develop team members in real time while maintaining a positive, encouraging culture.
  • Build relationships with a predominantly high-school-aged team while setting clear expectations and holding them accountable.
  • Ensure exceptional hospitality is delivered to every guest.
  • Execute strong food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Direct labor deployment and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Manage shift execution, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
  • Complete nightly closing procedures and prepare the restaurant for the following day.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow leaders to ensure consistency between shifts.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Naturally leads by example.
  • Enjoys mentoring, coaching, and developing others.
  • Can earn the respect of younger team members through consistency, fairness, and accountability.
  • Remains calm, decisive, and positive during busy periods.
  • Takes ownership without needing constant direction.
  • Is highly organized and follows through on commitments.
  • Values hospitality just as much as operational excellence.
  • Has excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Wants to build a team, not simply manage one.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, restaurant, or another fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Experience coaching or leading teams is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment throughout the shift.
  • Must be dependable and committed to working evening shifts.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Paid time off after one year of service
  • 401(k) eligibility after one year of service or 1,000 hours worked (age and plan eligibility requirements apply)
  • Sundays off
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling

We're looking for more than someone who can run a shift—we're looking for someone who can build trust, develop people, and create a culture where both our team and our guests feel cared for. If you enjoy leading others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact every evening, we'd love to meet you.
