How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor expenditures, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage invoicing, revenue recognition, and cash flow for projects.
- Support project managers with data-driven financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate across departments to align financial objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.
- Support in strategic planning and implementation of agreed to programs and plans.
- Review routine actual cost vs plan on a project-by-project basis.
- Serve as a Consultant and Advisor to General Manager and Management Team Members.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assure implementation and use to improve business performance.
- Perform analysis and reviews of proposals, performances, and actions within the BU, and recommend next steps.
- Assure proper financial reporting as required for the business.
- Push continuous improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure coordination and cooperation with stakeholders and Project Teams
- Follow and perform duties in accordance with the Hitachi Energy Code of Conduct
Your Background
- CA/CMA/MBA Finance with minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a multinational environment.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and planning skills.
- Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana Finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Power BI and Automation Skills (not mandatory)
