USAA is seeking a talented Campaign Analyst II (Intermediate Level), who will support marketing campaign audiences and results for Life Insurance, Annuities, Health Insurance and Investment products. This campaign analyst will lead campaign requirement sessions, provide audience expertise and assist in determining forecasted volumes. This role will oversee the building, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data; performs these tasks as required due to complexity or data security limitations.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based on the Charlotte, NC. Campus. Relocation assistance NOT available for this position
What you'll do:
Responds to business requests for creating new or modifying existing standard audience selection rules by collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign requirements.
Coordinates with seniors and/or leads on the team to implement requests within the execution tool (Interact).
Develops a basic subject matter knowledge on existing rules and fallout analysis and collaborates with seniors and/or leads to educate key stakeholders.
Ensures data elements or functional requirements are available.
Explores existing resources against business needs and identifies gaps.
Develop and apply basic subject matter knowledge across a single product line and execution tool to collaborate with senior/lead from initial identification of solution through implementation.
Participates in campaign requirement sessions for routine marketing campaigns.
Provides basic knowledge of audience and forecasted volumes.
Complete the final detailed business and technical requirements in support of marketing campaigns.
Ensures the successful build, execution and delivery of accurate audience data for assigned marketing campaigns.
Coordinates research efforts into member inquiries and escalates matters as needed.
Investigates audience size and member profile requests and generates findings/reports.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. (Total of 6 years of experience without bachelor’s degree).
2 or more years of relevant business and/or general analysis experience.
Developing knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel, and Access.
Developing knowledge of statistics and relevant data analysis tools.
Developing knowledge of relevant industry data sources.
What sets you apart:
US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Experience Analyzing Financial reporting to drive business insights
Marketing Project Management working experience
Experience making recommendations for marketing strategies
Background in launching digital applications
Strong math skills with knowledge of marketing data analysis tools and reporting.
Knowledge of paid media and target marketing channels
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $66,340 - $111,940

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.
