Description
Work Location: Central Region – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan / Shah Alam, Selangor
Contract Duration: Tentatively 3-4 months (short term contract)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Management Procedures (PQMP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Implement quality management systems, training, and project audits.
- Manage NCR, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely close-out.
- Monitor QC inspection and testing activities in accordance with approved ITPs, project specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant Oil & Gas quality requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients on quality-related matters.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–7 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiar with ASME, API, AWS, ANSI, ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
- Experience in project quality audits, ITP, NCR/CAPA, and quality management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- CQE (ASQ), CQA/CQPr (CQI), CQIP (ACI) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
