【职位目标】
作为赫力昂视频号渠道的业务负责人，您将全面统筹公司在微信生态内的商业化布局与业务增长。核心目标是推动视频号渠道的年度销售目标达成，深度运营核心达人及分销商矩阵，策划并落地高ROI的直播带货与短视频营销项目，实现品牌声量与生意规模的双效增长。
【主要工作职责】
1. 制定并达成销售目标：根据赫力昂整体电商战略，制定视频号渠道的年度/季度生意规划，拆解并达成GMV、利润率及新客获取等核心KPI指标。
2. 大客户与达人矩阵管理：拓展并维护视频号头部/腰部达人、MCN机构及优质分销商，建立分级管理体系，通过商务谈判争取优质资源，提升品牌在视频号生态内的渗透率与市场份额。
3. 整合营销与项目操盘：主导视频号平台的大型营销节点（如超品日、健康节等）及日常直播大促，统筹货品盘、营销玩法与投流策略，实现品效合一。
4. 跨部门协同与资源整合：作为视频号业务的核心枢纽，高效联动内部市场部、医学部、供应链及财务团队，确保直播合规、货品供应及费用核销的顺畅运转。
5. 数据监控与策略迭代：建立视频号业务的数据追踪体系，定期输出竞品分析、流量趋势及用户画像洞察，通过数据复盘优化投流模型与转化链路。
6. 合规与风险管理：严格把控视频号直播及短视频内容的合规性，确保所有营销行为符合赫力昂全球合规准则及国家相关医药/保健品广告法规。
【任职资格要求】
1. 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，具备5年以上电商大客户管理或直播电商运营经验，其中至少3年以上视频号、抖音等兴趣电商渠道的操盘经验，有快消品、大健康或医药行业背景者优先。
2. 专业技能：精通视频号底层逻辑、流量分发机制及商业化投流工具（如微信豆、ADQ等）；具备出色的商务谈判能力与项目统筹能力。
3. 数据分析能力：对数据高度敏感，熟练使用Excel等数据分析工具，能够独立搭建数据模型并输出具有指导意义的商业分析报告。
4. 沟通与领导力：具备卓越的跨部门沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能够以身作则，带领团队或外部合作方攻坚克难。


【加分项】
●       拥有丰富的大健康/OTC/保健食品类视频号达人资源或成功案例者优先。
●       熟悉微信生态内（公众号、小程序、企微）的公私域联动闭环玩法者优先。
