What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading change and internal communications in large-scale or highly regulated environments—ideally with exposure to cyber, tech, or risk.
Working knowledge of Prosci or similar methodologies. Strong content creation and storytelling skills—whether written, visual, or digital.
A solid grasp of cyber security concepts and how they impact human behavior.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, influence, and relationship-building skills—especially with senior leaders.
Experience juggling competing priorities across multiple streams with calm and clarity.
A collaborative, flexible mindset and a passion for coaching and capability uplift.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on AGL’s long-term security posture and culture.
