Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data across various systems, enabling seamless data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize system performance is an integral part of daily activities, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data architecture aligns with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in building scalable and reliable data pipelines for large datasets.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation tools and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing workflows for performance and accuracy.
- Understanding of data governance and quality assurance practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
