About This Job
Provide senior operations engineering, event-correlation quality, service-impact guidance and practitioner coaching.Key Responsibilities
Guide complex event correlation and escalation decisions
Coach operations engineers and assure evidence quality
Improve handovers, runbooks, alert quality and operational readiness
Escalate systemic telemetry issues to engineering
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years in production operations, application support, NOC, infrastructure support or observability
Experience coordinating incident response or operational coverage
Strong cross-layer event-correlation and service-impact reasoning
Preferred Qualifications
Financial-services operations
ITIL or equivalent service-management experience
Alert-quality or workflow-improvement experience
Level-Based Proficiency Expectation
Senior operational practitioner: handles ambiguity, validates evidence, coaches practitioners and improves systemic operational quality.
Success Measures
Faster, better-supported service-impact decisions
Consistent evidence, escalation and handover quality
Fewer repeat escalations caused by incomplete triage
Documented coaching and operational improvements
