General Responsibilities
Responsible for performing various duties to support the Digital Operations function; coordinating work within the department, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Duties
Performs various duties to support the electronic banking function as follows:
- Provides telephone support for branch staff as well as customer support line.
- Supports, processes, and maintains ACH/Wire maintenance, reports, and program initiatives for our commercial customers.
- Supports, processes, and maintains various Remote Deposit products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
- Supports, processes, and maintains various BillPay products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
- Supports, processes, and maintains various Online Banking products; along with their transactions, reports, and program initiatives.
- Supports, processes, and maintains Telephone Banking system.
- Performs various types of maintenance on system, such as adding and removing account access, changing member status, monitoring new/closed accounts, resetting passwords, etc.
- Provides support for various Operations tasks.
Ancillary Duties
Performs tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

Requirements
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communicative skills; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC skills.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related banking experience normally required.
